MARKET SQUARE

Market Square is a placemaking development that will offer a specialty grocery store, micro retail, event space, vendor market, community greenspace, and urban farm in downtown Montgomery.

​With approximately 7,000 residents living downtown and over 23,000 working downtown, there is no better time to have a place to purchase food, flowers, necessities, souvenirs and gifts. Hotels and entertainment attractions continue to be added to the area, increasing the demand for retail shopping. The nearest grocery store is about 3 miles away from downtown. We will be located where the majority of residents can walk and the non-residents can easily access on their way in and out of downtown.

City Market, a small specialty grocery store, will be the anchor of Market Square. â€‹In keeping with our mission to build a healthier community, City Market will offer quality food and products from those who grow and prepare it well, locally, while offering employment to those who need it the most.

COTTAGE GARDENS

Cottage Gardens is a gated planned unit development that will offer affordable housing options, community gardens, and recreation to its residents.

It is no secret that there is an affordable housing shortage nationwide, including Montgomery Alabama. Because of this, there are many individuals and families with incomes that are forced to live in unhealthy conditions.  Our mission is to change this fact. We will build quality homes of different sizes to accommodate the various individuals and families. Each 

cul-de-sac will have its own community garden to grow fresh foods for their homes. Recreation will also be a vital part of this neighborhood. With many couples downsizing to homes with mobility to travel, we may potentially offer accommodating lots for those tourists.

 

We envision a beautiful gated community where the residents live, work, and play.
